3 Simple Ways to Begin your Wellness Journey

When I’m rushing, doing all the things, I can become out of balance. I forget about the most important person, me! Without a full cup, balance, or whatever that word or feeling is for you, life may feel a bit more challenging. You give others time, energy, all the things, because you love, and thats beautiful! Perhaps this is the perfect time to choose you.

The wonderful thing is, it’s our choice.  We can choose to add in some simple wellness steps to begin a journey back to self.

Sharing below 3 simple ways to begin your wellness journey:

  1. 10 minutes of stillness – find a quiet spot, sit comfortably, close your eyes and breath. That’s it. As your mind starts to think of to-do’s, redirect your mind to “listen” to your breath
  2. 5 minutes of journaling – Let it all out on paper. What your grateful for & anything else that’s on your mind
  3. 1 affirmation to self (repeated 3 times, with gumption :)) – Perhaps if things are stressful, it is I AM CALM, if you were up late or did not rest well it’s, I AM ENERGIZED. Affirm what you desire.

Consider this a self-love challenge…15 minutes a day for 7 days. Maybe after those 7 days you’ll add more time to stillness or journaling, maybe increase your affirmations? There’s no right way, wrong way or judgement. 

I choose you, I believe in you, you’ve got this!
